Hiziki, Sauerkraui & Mustard
Hiziki is the pine-needle-shaped Sea Vegetable. Very High in minerals, 10 times the amount of calcium as an equal volume of Dairy Foods. High in Iron, Vitamins A, B12 & B1. When cooked it swells to 5 times it's original volume, so plan accordingly.
1 oz Dired Hiziki
1 small onion
2 or 3 tbl spons tamari
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 16 oz jar of organic sauerkraut
1 jar miso mustard or any high quality Brown Mustard
Wash & drain Hiziki - saute oinons in toasted sesame oil - add Hiziki on top of onions. Add tamari and let simmer 15 min. Add equal amount of sauerkraut to equal the Hiziki- you may add more or less according to tast. Simmer for another 15 min or until all the liquids is cooked off - add mustard - to taste- mix together well.

June's Recipe: "Tofu Breakfast Scrambler" Diana loves it for a breakfast. Even the 3 Girls like to eat what is left over. They do not get much because We eat it all up. Healthy Dog Food is better for them anyway.
